OFFICIAL CHOO CHOO DANCE CHALLENGE RULES

Contest Dates

  • Registration Opens: June 27, 2026

  • Registration Closes: July 7, 2026

  • Video Submission Deadline: July 20, 2026

  • Winner Expected to Be Announced: On or About August 10, 2026

Eligibility

  • Contest is open worldwide.

  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Only one (1) registration per person is permitted.

How to Enter

  1. Register online at GetNoticedRadio.com/ChooChoo between June 27, 2026 and July 7, 2026.

  2. During registration, participants must select ONE Grand Prize option.

  3. Create your Choo Choo Dance Challenge video using the official Choo Choo song.

  4. Post your completed video to your public social media account using the official hashtag #ChooChooDanceChallenge and tag @GetNoticedRadio.

  5. Participants are encouraged to submit their completed video as soon as it is finished. All video submissions must be submitted through the official Video Submission page at GetNoticedRadio.com/SubmitVideo and received no later than 11:59 PM (Pacific Time) on July 20, 2026.

Video Requirements

  • Videos must be original.

  • Videos must be created by the participant.

  • Videos must feature the official Choo Choo song.

  • Videos must be appropriate for all audiences.

  • Videos must not infringe upon the rights of any other person or company.

  • Videos must include the official hashtag #ChooChooDanceChallenge and tag @GetNoticedRadio. Entries that do not include both the official hashtag and tag may not be considered.

  • Videos containing nudity, excessive violence, illegal activity, hate speech, or explicit content will be disqualified.

  • Submitted videos must remain publicly viewable until the winner has been officially announced.

  • Get Noticed Radio reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry that violates these Official Rules.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by Get Noticed Radio based on:

  • Creativity

  • Originality

  • Entertainment Value

  • Overall Performance

  • Adherence to the Official Rules

The winner is not determined by the number of likes, views, shares, comments, or followers.

The judging panel may consist of Get Noticed Radio representatives and/or invited guest judges selected by Get Noticed Radio.

All decisions made by Get Noticed Radio are final.

Prize

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the prize selected during registration.

Participants must select ONE of the following prize options during registration:

  • $1,200 Cash

OR

  • Two (2) tickets to the Usher & Chris Brown concert (subject to availability).

Prize selection is final and cannot be changed after registration has been submitted.

If the selected winner is eligible, Get Noticed Radio will award the prize selected during registration.

If the selected concert is canceled or tickets become unavailable, Get Noticed Radio reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Winner Notification

The selected winner will be contacted using the information provided during registration.

The winner must respond within 72 hours of the official notification.

If the selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, declines the prize, or cannot be contacted using the information provided, Get Noticed Radio reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

It is the participant's responsibility to provide accurate contact information and to monitor their email and social media messages.

Winner Announcement

The winner is expected to be announced on or about August 10, 2026 through Get Noticed Radio's official website and/or social media platforms.

Get Noticed Radio reserves the right to delay the winner announcement if additional time is needed to review entries, verify eligibility, or resolve any contest-related issues.

Rights & Permissions

By entering this contest, participants grant Get Noticed Radio permission to repost, share, promote, display, and use submitted videos in connection with the Choo Choo Dance Challenge and future promotional materials without additional compensation.

General Rules

  • Get Noticed Radio reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules.

  • Any attempt to cheat, manipulate, or interfere with the contest may result in immediate disqualification.

  • Submission of an entry does not guarantee selection as the winner.

  • Get Noticed Radio is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, or technically failed registrations or video submissions.

  • Get Noticed Radio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
